Welcome to NTU VLSI SoC & EDA Lab.

VLSI SoC & EDA Lab. is located at BL 405 and MD 404A, directed by Professor Charlie Chung-Ping Chen. We design chips and write design automation code that enable better system integration, functionality, and robustness. Our research topics including high speed ADC, DAC, Line Driver, PGA, PLL, CDR and its applications.

As the environmental push towards energy efficiency, our lab is also interested in DC-DC converters and LDOs.
