EDA研究生
We are currently working on these research topics:
  • 3D-IC Design for Testability (NSC)
    3D-IC is a promising technology that enable us to extend Moorse law in the next few years. However, one of the most difficult challengs is testing and yield improvement.
  • Parallel ATPG (with Syntest)
    ATPG (Automatic Test Pattern Generator) is one of the most time consuming problems in EDA. We are developing the world's most advanced parallel ATPG that is totally different from current approach.
  • Low Power DFT (Design for Testability) and ATPG (With GUC)
    Power is one of the most significant issues for nanometer designs. We have several silicons as well as tools to reduce the test power.
  • At-speed Fault Diagnosis (with TSMC)
    In Nano-meter era, IC debug and diagnosis is one critical step, which consumes more than 30% of engineering efforts.
  • Test Compression and Diagnosis (with Syntest)
    We work together with EDA company to solve the test compression problems that improves the compression ratio by almost 100%.
  • Parallel programming using GPU
    Massive parallel programming for GPU to speed up diagnosis and testing.
