FOR YOUR REGISTRATION

 Early registration is strongly encouraged for your own convenience and quick pick-up of registration materials. The registration fee for the conference includes:
  1. admission to the technical sessions and exhibits,
  2. conference proceedings (a hard copy and a CD-ROM),
  3. coffee breaks, and
  4. welcome reception and conference reception.

We recommend the participants to make advance registration via internet. Please follow the registration instructions described at the Conference website.

The registration fees are as follows (please visit the Conference website for details).

Student US$100 or NT$3,500 US$120 or NT$4,200

The registration fees for the short courses are separate from the conference registration fees mentioned above. The rate for registering each short course is US$ 100 or NT$ 3,500 for regular participants, and is US$ 50 or NT$ 1,750 for student participants.

On-site Registration

Please note that we only accept cash or credit card payments for on-site registration. Also, the payments must be made, either cash or credit card, in Taiwan dollars. The amounts will be based on the NT$ values announced in the Calls for Papers. For example, for a regular registration one has to pay NT$ 14,000 and for a student registration, one has to pay NT$ 4,200.

Conference Reception

The Conference reception will be arranged in the evening of December 16, 2003. All conference registrants are welcomed to the reception.

Banquet

A banquet will be arranged in the evening of December 17, 2003. Only those registrants who purchase the tickets are permitted to the banquet. The rate for each banquet ticket is US$ 60 or NT$ 2,100, without any difference between the regular and student participants.

Industrial Forum

The industrial forum will be held in the afternoon of December 17, 2003. A US$ 40 or NT$ 1200 (before or on November 15, 2003) or US$ 50 or NT$ 1500 (after November 15, 2003) fee per person is required for participation.

Refund Policy

An 80% refund will be made for the registration canceled prior to December 5, 2003. There will be no refund on or after December 5, 2003.
