  • [2012/06/13] Because of yesterday's lecture cancellation due to the exceptional heavy rain, our course plan has to be slightly changed. Please notice the following announcements.
    1) For HW4, let's remove Question 6 as the subject of testing is not fully covered. However the due date remains the same 6/15 (Fri) 17:30.
    2) For the final exam, the scope covers verification and physical design only (and excludes testing). Again you may bring in a one-page A4 sized cheat sheet.
    3) Our TA will have office hours on 6/15 Friday 12:00-14:00 and 6/18 Monday 12:00-17:00 in Room 526 Ming-Dar Hall. Please get your homework solutions back from TA during her office hours on 6/18 for your final preparation. The solution for HW3 is now available on the course webpage, and that for HW4 will be posted in this weekend.
    4) We'll have another make-up lecture on 6/26 Tuesday 14:20-17:20 in Room 104, EE2 Building (notice the room change) to cover testing and possibly other advanced subjects.

  • [2012/04/10] Midterm exam will be held on 4/17 in class. It covers subjects up to (including) logic synthesis.
    • One A4-sized cheat sheet is allowed to bring in for the exam.

  • [2012/03/22] Homework 1 due date is changed to 4/2 (due to university holiday on 4/3). Please drop your solution in the instructor's mailbox located on the first floor of EE2 building.
