Research Summary
Chao‑Hsin (Wayne) Wu received the B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering and the M.S. degree in the Graduate Institute of Photonics and Optoelectronics from National Taiwan University in 2002 and 2004, respectively. He joined the High‑Speed Integrated Circuit group at the University of Illinois at Urbana‑Champaign in 2006 and received the Ph.D. degree in 2010. After completing his Ph.D., he continued as a postdoctoral research fellow before joining the faculty at National Taiwan University (NTU) in 2011. He is associated with the Department of Electrical Engineering, the Graduate Institute of Photonics and Optoelectronics, and the Graduate Institute of Electronics Engineering. He is currently the Program Director of the Program for Semiconductor Devices, Materials, and Hetero‑Integrations (DMHI) of the Graduate School of Advanced Technology (GSAT), and the Associate Director of the Nano‑Electro‑Mechanical‑Systems (NEMS) Research Center of NTU.
