Feng-Ting Lin
Feng Ting Lin come from new Taipei city and received his B.S. in electrical engineering from National Chung Hsing University located in Taichung in 2021. He is currently pursing his M.S. degree in electronic engineering at National Taiwan University and joined IOED lab in the summer of 2021. His previous research topic is TFT in NCHU, and now his research is focus on iii-v material electronic devices especially in RF GaN HEMT devices physics and high frequency characteristic.

Kai-Wen Hsiao used to study in National Taiwan University. His current research is focusing on high power GaN HEMT.
Wei-Ju Lu
Wei-Ju Lu used to study in National Taiwan University. His current research is focusing on high frequency GaN HEMT.

Guei-Ting Hsu
Guei-Ting Hsu received her B.S degree from the Department of Electronic Engineering, National Changhua University of Education, Changhua, Taiwan. She is currently working toward her M.S. degree with the Graduate Institute of Photonics and Optoelectronics, National Taiwan University, Taipei, Taiwan. Her current research focuses on the design of cryogenic VCSEL.

Po-Hsun Hsu received his B.S degree from the Department of Atmospheric Sciences, National Taiwan University, Taipei , Taiwan. He is currently working toward his M.S. degree with the Graduate Institute of Photonics and Optoelectronics, National Taiwan University, Taipei, Taiwan. His current research is focus on GaN HEMT and RF devices.

Siang-Ting Huang used to study in National University of Tainan. Her current research is focus on high power GaN HEMT.

Wei-Hsin Chen received his B.S degree from the Department of Photonics Science, National Cheng Kung University, Tainan , Taiwan. He is currently working toward his M.S. degree with the Graduate Institute of Photonics and Optoelectronics, National Taiwan University, Taipei, Taiwan. His current research interests include high-speed VCSELs, semiconductor lasers, optical interconnect, and optical communication systems.

His current research interests include high-speed VCSELs, semiconductor lasers,and Silicon Photonics.
Natchanon Prechatavanich
Natchanon received his B. E (2022) with first class honours from Chulalongkorn University (CU), Thailand. He is currently pursuing his master’s degree in Graduate School of Advanced Technology (GSAT) at National Taiwan University (NTU). His current research interest is Single Photon Avalanche Dioed (SPAD).
